15 Min - Deep Stretch Yin - 5 Poses for Everyday Flexibility

5 poses I practice every single day. In this class we hold each pose for about a minute each. I encourage you to try and fit these in at least 3x a week. If you have less time, you can hold each for 30 seconds and skip savasana. You can get it done in less than 10 minutes. On days you have MORE time you can stretch it out to 3-5 minutes per pose for the juiciest self led yin class.
