I’m Jaffer Hussain—a yoga teacher who helps busy, stressed, and stiff people stay consistent without overhauling their lives. I’ve been teaching for over 10 years, practicing daily, and navigating my own full plate as a single parent running a solo yoga business. I don’t believe wellness needs to be complicated or time-consuming to work. The Feel-Good Method is the exact approach I’ve used to stay grounded, present, and physically well—built for real people living real, busy lives.
